Taking Immersive Experiences Online

Pioneering a bold and visionary approach to immersive learning, True Education Partnerships (TEP) has been delivering transformational education experiences since 2011.

We understand that the current obstacles for foreign travel have provided students with limited access to unique learning opportunities. As the future of education shifts to online learning, we have developed an online immersive experience for students.

During one of the biggest festivals of the year, students have the opportunity to see first hand how their peers in China will be celebrating their traditions. The Virtual China Camp programme offers a digital exploration of China using live, interactive and pre-recorded footage, tailored to enrich and stimulate student learning.

China’s ancient and modern history provides endless discoveries for camp participants. Depending on the preferred focus, students can choose between the rich heritage of Beijing or Chengdu, home to the famous giant pandas. Each itinerary has been carefully designed to create a pioneering multiplatform approach of online and offline learning and engagement.

Thomas Camilleri, CEO.

Letter from the CEO

The pandemic has rocked the world and has meant that the freedoms I had as a student to travel and immerse in China’s fabulous culture has been taken away. It was those experiences that changed my life and my future forever, for me not being able to share this opportunity of a transformation was not acceptable, so we as a team have worked for 8 months building what is possibly the greatest virtual China camp available in the UK.

I am over the moon to be able to bring the amazing life changes experiences of our immersive exchanges into an online environment. Your children will still be able to immerse, learn, interact and grow as people all from the comfort of your classroom or home.

I am excited to share this revolutionary new way of learning with you all and commend your schools’ participation in making this dream a reality.
